The LOLA Collection transforms meaningful names, dates, initials and messages into timeless keepsakes. Every piece is engraved by Lola, Myella's in-house diamond-tip engraving machine.

Unlike laser engraving, Lola uses a precision diamond cutter to engrave directly into the metal, creating crisp, permanent markings with the refined finish found in luxury jewellery boutiques.

Whether it's a gift for someone you love or a reminder for yourself, every engraving is created with care—because the smallest words often hold the greatest meaning.

How to Order
• Choose your jewellery piece.
• Select your preferred font.
• Enter your engraving text.
• We'll carefully engrave your piece before it's shipped.

Please Note
• We will engrave your text exactly as submitted, including capitalisation, spacing and punctuation.
• Please check all spellings and dates before placing your order.
• As every piece is personalised, engraved jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or an engraving error made by Myella.

• Due to the nature of the engraving process, very slight surface marks or hairline scratches may be present under close inspection. These are cosmetic in nature, do not affect the quality or durability of the jewellery, and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Every piece is engraved one side at a time. As our engraving machine automatically detects and positions each side independently, the front and back engravings may not align perfectly when compared against one another. This is an inherent characteristic of the engraving process and is not considered a defect.

Livestream Orders

To ensure your engraving is exactly how you'd like it, we'll prepare a digital mock-up and show it live during the stream before engraving begins.

Please return to the livestream after placing your order so you can view and confirm your mock-up.

Once your mock-up has been shown and engraving has started, no further changes can be made to the text, font, symbols or layout. If you're not present in the livestream, we'll proceed with the engraving based on the details submitted in your order.
