Can I shower and sleep in my jewellery?

Yes. Our everyday pieces are made to stay on through showers, sweat and sleep.

What materials do your pieces use?

Stainless steel, with a PVD coating on our gold pieces. The stones are cubic zirconia, not real diamonds.

How does Myella Care work?

If your piece tarnishes or fades from everyday wear within 10 years, we replace it once, free. Loose stone or faulty clasp? Free replacement within 30 days, 50% off up to 6 months. Design sold out? Choose another piece or take store credit. Not covered: loss, damage from pulling, snagging or crushing, or discolouration from perfume or pool chlorine. Claim with your order number, a photo and a short video.

How long is delivery?

Order by 5pm and we ship out the next working day; delivery takes 2–4 working days in Singapore. LOLA pieces ship out in 2 working days and arrive in 3–4 working days.
